service activity is to increase the knowledge of the people of Limbungan Village, Rumbai

Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City regarding credit relaxation for customers affected by COVID-
19 based on Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11 / POJK.03 / 2020. The

method of implementation used in this community service activity is to use the method of
lectures, dialogues, and discussions in order to provide legal education. Participation of
partners in this community service activity is by providing time, providing a place and
supporting facilities, and presenting the community as activity participants. The output target
of this community service activity is a scientific article published in a Sinta-5 accredited
national journal. The conclusion is that this activity has been successfully implemented and
the benefits can be felt directly by the participants. Before the activity was carried out, of the
20 participants, only 6% answered that they already knew about the material to be delivered.
Meanwhile, after the activity was carried out, 78% of the participants answered that they
already knew the material presented. The suggestion is that activities with this theme should
be carried out not only for the people of Limbungan Village, but also in other urban villages
in Pekanbaru City.
